THROUGH THE CHECKPOINT is a multimedia film project using video, still photography, audio, and text to usher audiences into Palestinian and Jewish-Israeli experiences. Serving in partnership with ongoing efforts to foster justice and peace for all living in the Palestinian-Israeli region, the project calls for equity, the end of human rights abuses, and the pursuit of a coexistence free of occupation. THROUGH THE CHECKPOINT provides a fuller picture of life in Israel and Palestine while compelling viewers to join movements to end the inhumane status quo and promote peace and equity for Palestinians and Jewish Israelis alike.
