ANGEL SQUAD is a job-seeking/ education app and docu-series about the US healthcare system. The project will empower an underrepresented profession -- Infection Preventionists in Nursing Homes. The role of the Infection Preventionist is complex with a high turnover rate, and often, more jobs than qualified candidates exist. ANGEL SQUAD'S app will provide education, training, and guidance for those in the field. The docu-series will raise awareness for critical issues in the healthcare system, and will drive positive change through the stories of Infection Preventionists.
