Family Alliance in Music (FAM) provides community, education, and support for parents, caretakers, and those wanting to have a family while working in the music industry. With the understanding that planning and caring for a family while building a career in music is challenging, FAM wants to make it easier. FAM believes that the starting point for sustainable change is elevating awareness and education across the music industry, with a mission to improve caretaker benefits, equip music professionals with evidence-based resources on critical issues, and establish a space for open and honest dialogue.
