Inspired by true events, BIENVENIDOS A LOS ANGELES is a short narrative film telling the story of two women's journeys as they fight inhumane immigration laws. Touching on the Muslim Ban, family separation, and countless challenges migrants face in this country, through the lens of the current political climate in America, BIENVENIDOS A LOS ANGELES speaks to our shared humanity and demonstrates how simple acts of kindness can change lives. In addition to traditional film distribution platforms for outreach, the project incorporates a robust social impact campaign, including raising awareness and funds for the LA-based non-profit San Fernando Valley Center for Refugee Children.
