theLAnd Magazine is an independent print publication, website, and experimental media company that produces investigative journalism, literary essays, and cultural criticism about the city of Los Angeles and beyond. theLAnd is dedicated to under-served communities, and strives to cover stories not traditionally pursued by other outlets. Publishing independent journalism, art, and editorials from a local perspective, theLAnd aims to revive interest and investment in local news media.
