Ready to Launch seeks to expand opportunities for self-identifying women to launch careers as staffers in politics and government through a fellowship program. This program provides the training, mentorship, stipends, and support that their Fellows need to succeed. Ready to Launch also provides publicly available resources and programming on civic engagement and the barriers women, people of color, and LGBTQ+ folks face entering these fields, in an effort to elevate the stories of individuals who work in these spaces.
