Tenzin Seldon is a venture capitalist and recognized global climate leader who has been working on climate tech for nearly two decades. Tenzin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pulse Fund, a venture capital fund investing in high-growth climate companies. She is an advisor and serves on several private and public boards, including Marathon Digital Holdings, UN NGO Creative Visions Foundation, Stanford University's Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence, One Earth, and companies including Mast Reforestation, Endera, Twelve, and BlocPower.
Tenzin previously worked at the United Nations Regional Office of Asia and the Pacific and the United Nations Environment Programme, where she oversaw the region's disaster risk relief policy. Her work has been globally recognized in Forbes magazine's "Most Likely to Impact the Next Century", and in OZY Magazine as one of their "5 Civil-Rights Leaders for a New Generation." She was honored at the United Nations as an Innovative Disruptor, named Harry S. Truman Scholar for her service work by the United States Congress, recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and received the 21st Century Icon Award by the London Stock Exchange. Tenzin graduated with honors from Stanford University and went on to be the first Tibetan-American Rhodes Scholar at University of Oxford.
